To minimize environmental impact, we often re-use boxes and packing materials from our suppliers. We do not buy plastic/Styrofoam materials but do re-use those shipped to us.
In the event you would like to make a return, Crimson Mim will issue a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same credit card on which it was purchased, within 14 days from date of receipt. Jewelry and sale merchandise discounted 50% OFF is FINAL SALE only and cannot be returned online. To make an exchange or return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with a return authorization number, required for all returns. Products must be unworn and in excellent condition with original tags attached. Returns must be well packaged and we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance for return shipments, as well as delivery confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return. We will contact you once your return has been received and processed, with a copy of the return receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and all costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to decline any return if we determine the item shows signs that it has been worn, or if the return does not comply with the above return policy. If you choose to return your online purchase to a Crimson Mim retail shop, you must present the original receipt included with your package. Without a receipt of any kind, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the item.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. No claims may be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately by email@example.com or calling 650.947.7463.
Out of Stock Items
At Crimson Mim, we go out of our way to select distinctive merchandise in limited quantities (with products often being exclusive to Crimson Mim); once an item is gone, it may be gone for good. While we do our best to update available sizes and quantities in real time, there may be occasions when an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will immediately contact you upon receipt of your order. You will not be charged for any items that are not available
